Studying abroad for one or two semesters is an opportunity offered by the Faculty of economic and social sciences in partnership with more than 130 foreign universities. International mobility has many advantages:

  • No tuition fees at the host university
  • Academic recognition when going back to Lille

Each year the faculty sends about 180 students abroad, why not you?

Mobility programs

Erasmus+

The Institute of economics and management has developed more than 100 agreements in the framework of the ERASMUS+ program specific to the areas of economics and management. This program allows students to study in a european university.

Level of study: L2, L3, M1 (semester 2 only), M2 (semester 4 only)

Duration of the mobility: 1 or 2 semesters

Remaining seats for Erasmus+ spring semester 2019/20

Erasmus+

The Institute of sociology and anthroplogy has developed more than 30 agreements in the framework of the ERASMUS+ program specific to the areas of anthropology and sociology. This program allows students to study in a european university.

Level of study: L2, L3, M1 (semester 2 only), M2 (semester 4 only)

Duration of the mobility: 1 or 2 semesters

Remaining seats for Erasmus+ spring semester 2019/20

Other programs allow mobility in partner universities outside Europe, in general these programs are open to any student of the University of Lille and do not exclusively concern sociology, anthropology, economics and management:

  • University of Lille bilateral agreements with many universities all over the world
  • B.C.I. Program with Quebec, Canada 
  • MAUI program with the United States 
  • AEN Australian program 
  • SEMP program with Switzerland 


University of Lille partners outside Europe

It is up to you to check  that programs in sociology / anthropology; Economics / Management are offered in these universities.

 

Application to non-european universities requires a very good academic and linguistic background

Double degrees allow students to work towards two degrees at the same time. it offers alternates periods of study in each partner institutions and may involve bachelor's or master's degrees.

How to apply?

A study mobility is usually prepared one year in advance and requires the following steps:

  • Attend information meetings
  • Contact our International Relations Office (Room C017- Building SH3) and complete an online application
  • be selected by the ISEM or ISA commission
  • Define a learning agreement before departure with the approval of the mobility coordinator and the head of your study program
  • Validate your year of study prior to departure
